Talofa! Just because it’s the offseason doesn’t mean we aren’t putting in work. I’ve been training at Ignition APG in Mason, Ohio with coach Cliff Marshall. I’ve been working with coach Marshall for several years now and Ignition is a great place to get better and compete.

Check out the playlist of videos below to get a behind the scenes look at one of my workouts. The first video is of a high and low sled push that develops power. It simulates driving back opponents and helps keep your pad level low. The second video is a speed and reaction drill that uses lights and resistance bands to develop quickness and reaction speed. The last video is a dead lift that increases leg and core strength while also developing grip strength.
This is just a little look at one of my offseason workouts. With OTAs right around the corner, I want to be sure I’m ready to hit the ground running. The regular season is still months away but I know that I’ll be ready for September 13th and the start of my 10th season in the NFL. I can’t wait!
